Welcome to Introsphere
Art & Guidance through the unseen realms
Introsphere is about how the landscapes of our inner world shape the outer.
Our imagination is our greatest gift, holding the potential for transformation, growth, and joy.
As a Dream Guide, I help you navigate the terrains of your inner world. As an artist, I reflect the deep exchanges I have with nature— visions, interactions and synchronicities inspire my linoprints, papercuttings and drawings.
I believe we are as much part of nature as it is part of us, and we speak to it as it speaks to us. Reconnecting with our intuitive, imaginative self is a radical act in today’s society, and I encourage you to do the same to make our world more magical, connected and alive.
Whether you are seeking clarity on a recurring dream, understanding recurring patterns, connecting more deeply with your body’s messages, or integrating your waking and dreaming life, I offer thoughtful direction and a personalized narrative.
I combine my background in intuitive healing, energy reading, and Dream Teacher training with my artistic practice, where I’ve explored the human psyche, equity and activism, and now, honoring our shared nature.
For me, this work is a fusion of art and healing - or sacred arts, deeply inspired by shamanic practices with European roots.
My education profile: Bachelor of Arts, intuitive and subtle energy trainings from 2019 - 2023, children’s coaching course, developmental psychology course, druidry training (ongoing), Dream Teacher training Level 1 to 3.

Our dreams guide us through parts of ourselves that are often ignored. Including this part of your life allows you to live more fully.
Dream Guide
In this role, I work with more than just night dreams. As a Dream Guide, I use methods such as conscious dream travel, energy reading, and healing practices. Dreaming, in all its forms, is woven into both my approach and the subjects we could focus on.
Artist
After a long creative block following art school, I’ve found my way back to a place of inspiration and, most importantly, a sense of creative freedom. I no longer feel constrained by the expectations of the more traditional art world, nor by the need to define my work within its confines. Instead, I follow my intuition, carving and drawing in response to the signs and synchronicities that appear in my life each week.
