Terms and Conditions

  1. Introduction
By booking and participating in a session with Introsphere (hereafter referred to as “the service provider”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

  2. Description of Services
The service provider offers voice-message-based guidance sessions that include dream guidance, intuitive readings, personal insights and storytelling.

  3. Booking and Payment
    • All sessions must be booked in advance through the provided contact form on our website or through sending an e-mail directly to info@introsphere.org
    • You will receive an invoice after the session ends. Payment is due within 7 days after you receive the invoice and is non-refundble once the service has been provided. Payment methods will be outlined in the booking confirmation e-mail.
    • Late Payment Policy: if payment is not received within 7 days, a late fee of 15 euros will be applied for each subsequent 7-day period. The process will continue until the payment is received in full.

  4. Cancellations and Refunds
    • The session begins once your initial voice message is received and listened to by the service provider, after which cancellations are no longer possible, and you will be invoiced. You will still receive the reply from the service provider as a voice message.
    • Force Majeure: neither party shall be held responsible for failure to perform under these terms due to events outside of their control, such as natural disasters, illness, or technical failures.
    • Refund Policy: refunds will not be issues unless the service provider is unable to provide the session due to technical issues, illness, or if there has been an overpayment. In such cases, a refund will be issued after agreed upon by both parties.

  5. Investment in Sessions
    • Each session includes a dedicated hour from the service provider, which begins as soon as your initial voice message is received and listened to. This time covers activities (such as performing an energy reading, dream tracking or -transfer, or providing practical guidance, or other activities suited to the individual case) and recording a thoughtful response.
The service provider tracks time carefully, so if part of the hour remains after the initial response, it will be used for follow-up support, like answering additional questions or providing further insight. You’ll be notified when the session time is nearing completion, ensuring transparency and allowing you to choose if you’d like to extend the session further with an additional session.
    • The service provider will respond to your question to the best of their ability.

  6. Session Follow-ups
    • If a client wishes to book a follow-up session, this can be done seamlessly within the ongoing voice messaging conversation. Follow-up bookings will be confirmed via e-mail, without the need for the client to fill out the contact form again. An additional session will be scheduled based on mutual agreement, and the client will be informed of any applicable fees prior to confirmation.

  7. Package Deals
    • A package deal of 5 sessions for 200 euros is available. To confirm the booking, a mutual agreement will be established via e-mail. The client will then receive an invoice, which must be paid in full before the package is activated. The package is officially confirmed once payment has been received.
    • The sessions included in the package are valid for a specific time period (e.g., 6 months), after which any unused sessions will be forfeited.
    • Sessions in the package are non-refundable and are to be used exclusively by the client who purchased the package.
    • Additional sessions requested beyond the 5-session package will be charged at the standard rate.

  8. Reduced Rate Sessions
    • The reduced rate of 25 euros per hour is available for clients experiencing financial hardship or for other specific circumstances, as agreed upon by both parties.
    • All other terms and conditions remain the same for sessions booked at the reduced rate.
    • Availability for reduced rate sessions is limited each month. Clients receiving this rate will be informed about availability and updates as necessary.
    • The service provider will make every effort to ensure that clients receiving the reduced rate receive the same level of attention and time as those paying the full rate, though scheduling may be based on availability.

  9. Confidentiality and Privacy Agreement
    • All information shared in sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, unless required by law. To maintain mutual respect, clients agree not to share, distribute, or post the session materials, including voice messages, on any platform. These messages are intended solely for the client’s personal use and are protected by privacy and intellectual property guidelines.
    • If the service provider creates artwork for the client as part of the sessions, the client is free to share images of the artwork with friends, family, and on online platforms. However, the client agrees not to share other session materials outside of this exception.

  10. Intellectual Property
